There is nothing more patronizing and frustrating to receive CC that assumes you and your 4 different employees with phones are all typing the password incorrectly when the login/pass worked all all of our MacBooks. I don’t know exactly what happened but the agent who was helping us continued to say there was nothing he could do to help, and that we were typing the password incorrectly. We had to reset our password like 5 times to be able to login (again, specific to the app). Usually Sprout’s CC is amazing but we had a really weird experience yesterday. I also wanted to share a Customer Care experience. It doesn’t happen all the time but when it does it’s really frustrating.
The app works great with an older iPhone, but if you’re using the app with an iPhone X, expect the keyboard to cover the area where you would be able to type a response. I’ve been using it for about 5 years and it’s a powerful tool.
